VibeTest privacy
General privacy policy, cookies and your rights. For requests about your data: kayaxstudio@gmail.com.
We also measure kayaXstudio traffic to understand which pages and apps are useful. A separate audience identifier, valid for twelve months without automatic extension, estimates the number of visiting browsers. Anonymous statistics are stored only on our server for twelve months and are not linked to your account. URLs are recorded without query parameters. Tracking respects your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Account actions (sign-in, AI setup, trials, likes and reviews) may be recorded for 90 days to monitor the service, without private application contents.
VibeTest uses your target role, a pasted job posting or its public URL, an optional company name, an optional résumé and your voice to prepare and run a practice interview, then produce feedback.
Your résumé is sent to the Gemini API for analysis. Audio is sent directly from your browser to Gemini Live. The transcript is sent to Gemini Flash to produce feedback. kayaXstudio does not retain this content after the session or record audio.
A pseudonymous identifier and counter track your one trial without a personal key. After that trial, a verified account and your own Google AI Studio key let you practise again within your Google project's quotas. The key is encrypted on our server and can be replaced or removed in settings. Feedback remains visible in the open tab; close it to clear it.
The server may read the public job URL before passing relevant content to Gemini; official company pages may also be consulted to tailor questions. Optional feedback goes through Brevo to kayaXstudio and remains in its mailbox. It is private by default. With your publishing permission, the text and chosen display name (or “Anonymous”) are stored on the server and shown in Labs. Reviews linked to your account can be removed in settings. You can also request removal at kayaxstudio@gmail.com. Your résumé, audio and transcript are not attached to the review.
Your kayaXstudio account stores your first name, email, how you found us, and your newsletter choice. The password is hashed. Likes are tied to your account or, before sign-in, to a browser cookie. The newsletter requires your opt-in and can be turned off in settings.
Google’s content processing depends on service and region. In the European Economic Area, paid-service content processing terms also apply to unpaid quotas. Outside this framework, unpaid services may use content to improve products, including human review. Avoid sensitive, confidential or unnecessary interview data.
Gemini processes data under its own terms and privacy rules. Gemini API Terms.
